Vest: Mural; Plaid Shirt: American Rag; Moto Leggings: Frenchi; Bag: Philip Lim for Target; Boots: Target

Surprise!!!!!!!!!!  I made a long overdue visit with my dear friend and talented hair stylist this last weekend and we decided to redirect my long tired tresses for something new.  Every couple of years I get the itch to reinvent and a few weeks ago I started seeing all these great bob length haircuts popping up on Pinterest.  Fall is always a good time to do something different in my book as it goes along with the changing weather and gives me time to grow it back out by Summer if I decide its not for me.  What do you think? Yay or Nay?

Fall has officially made its presence known here around these parts and today was the first day I really bundled up because it was cold and RAINY! The only thing I truly enjoy about this time of year is that all my shows start up again.  Do you think that a fashion blogger can be deemed “famous” enough to go on DWTS?? Totally could happen right?!? Ha-ha!! (Only half joking here peeps…)  Ok, anyways- this outfit was from a few days ago.  Layering the plaid shirt with a leather vest gave it a fun edge.  I don’t like to always match up my neutrals so out came these grey wedge boots which were another Target clearance purchase last year.  Have I mentioned lately how much I love that place?   In any case, I’ve worn this get up a few times since and wanted to share it with all of you.  You don’t always need newly purchased items to have a new outfit and this was a perfect example….and you know that no one loves new stuff more than this girl.

As always, thanks for stopping by and encouraging my latest tangent!!

p.s.  If you live in the Portland/Metro area and are looking for a great hair stylist my beautiful friend Da’Lynne at Bombshells Salon is the talent behind my new look!

  1. This cut looks so great on you. I absolutely love it! Super cute outfit too - I love that vest paired over the the plaid shirt. Perfect!
